1) How much do your eCover Design cost?
Generally the price varies based on what sort of design is needed and what all are required.

2) It seems so complicated to make a eCover, what information do you need from me?
The minimum information we require from each client is the custom text they would like displayed on their eCover. Optionally, our customers may provide logos, unique images, and custom stock photos. By default, our designers will select appropriate stock photos based on your criteria.

3) How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Normally each order is delivered in under 2 day. However, during peak order volume, it may take up to a week. If your order has been neglected for over 1 week of the order date, please contact us immediately.

6) Where can I send my files/material to?
You can e-mail us all content directly to sales@ecoverservices.com

7) How can I make a payment?
Unfortunately at this time we accept only PayPal.

8) What if I need modifications to my cover?
Generally after one revision, we reach maximum satisfaction. However, if necessary we will amend the proposal 2 times.

9) Does ecoverservices.com accept orders with adult content?
Yes, as long as they do not exceed legal or moral bounds.

11) Do you offer package deals?
Yes, we offer various packages based on volume.

12) My question wasn’t answered, what do I do?
